Conflicting or differing conditions are only valid when we have given our permission in writing.

2. Conclusion of the contract

2.1 All offers are without engagement.

2.2 By completing the order transaction you will give us a binding order. We will acknowledge the receipt of your order directly per e-mail. The confirmation of the receipt of your order does not constitute the closing of a contract. The contract of sale has been closed, either with our confirmation of the closing of the contract or the dispatch of the articles ordered.

3. Prices

All prices shown at our online shop are gross prices and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage and packing.

4. Terms of payment / terms of delivery; minimum order

4.1 We offer the following payment options:

• on invoice
• by credit card

4.2 We reserve the right for payment on delivery according to the creditworthiness of our customers.

4.3 Unless otherwise stated the purchase price becomes due for payment with receipt of the invoice. 15 days after receipt of the invoice we are entitled to claim the damage caused by the delay or at least default interest at a rate of 5% above the base interest rate p.a. charged by the German Bundesbank without sending a reminder. Further claims to enforce indemnity for the damage due to your delayed payment are excluded.

4.4 You shall not be entitled to put forward any counterclaims (netting or right of retention) unless such counterclaims are either legally undisputed or have been accepted by us in writing.

4.5 The goods will be dispatched within (7) workdays on receipt of order. We will inform you immediately should an article be unavailable. If you have already paid for it we will credit the ammount to your account.

4.6 The packing costs and postage will be cancelled for orders exceeding 100,00 Euro.

5. Reservation of Proprietary Rights

Until final settlement of all invoices the products shall remain the property of T-Republic GmbH.

6. Warranty

6.1 In the case of legitimately claimed damage we will correct the defects at our option by supplementary performance either by remedy of the defect or by sending replacements. In case we are unwilling to perform supplementary services, its failing or its unacceptability you are entitled to a choice between an appropriate reduction in the purchase price or to withdrawal from the contract and putting forward your damage claims in accordance to the legal requirements.

6.2 If we grant you a warranty above the general legal requirements you will receive the specific warranty conditions with the delivery of the ordered goods. The warranty conditions required by law, however, will remain unaffected.

7. Liability

We are liable for any defects due to a breach of contractual obligations or illegal action in accordance with the following rules:

7.1 If the cause of damage was on delibarate act, claims on sections 1 and 4 of the German product liability law or in the event of any bodily injury, injury to the customer's health, or death which can be attributed to us - our liability is subject to the legal requirements.

7.2 On gross negligence our liability shall be restricted to the foreseeable, contract-typical, direct average damage; this limitation becomes invalid if an executive employee can be hold liable for the damage occurred.

7.3 In the case of slight negligence we are only liable if  essential contractual obligations have been violated or if there is a default or impossibility. In these cases our liability is restricted to the foreseeable, contract-typical, direct average damage.

8. Invalidity

In the event that one or more of the terms set out in these terms of sale or in the returns policy is held to be invalid by a competent authority, the remaining terms shall continue to have effect and you will still be bound by them.

We will charge you postage and packing as follows:

2,40 Euro for dispatch within Germany
Orders exceeding 25,00 Euro are free of charge.

7,90 Euro for dispatch within Norway
Orders exceeding 50,00 Euro are free of charge.

8,90 Euro for dispatch to a member state of the EU + Monaco, San Marino (zone 1)
Orders exceeding 50,00 Euro are free of charge.

12,00 Euro for dispatch to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Vatican City (zone 2)
Orders exceeding 75,00 Euro are free of charge.

15,00 Euro for dispatch to Russian Federation, Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus (zone 3), Japan, USA (zone 5). Orders exceeding 100,00 Euro are free of charge.

In the case of deliveries abroad, any additional taxes and customs duty that is payable are borne by the buyer.

Delivery time:

Delivery within Germany: 2 - 3 days
Delivery within the EU zone 1: 2 - 7 days (express: 2 - 4 days)
Delivery within zone 2: 4 - 10 days (express: 2 - 5 days)
Delivery within zone 3 & Norway: 8 - 14 days (express: 4 - 9 days)
Delivery within zone 5: 8 - 12 days (express: 6 days)
